The Bohemian







Martini




Ingredients for 2 martinis:


  • ½ shot of St. Germain
  • 2.5 shots vodka
  • 3 shots grapefruit juice,  plus more for garnish
  • 3 dashes bitters
  • raw sugar for garnish
  • ice


Instructions:


1.  Pour a small amount of juice onto a small plate and a some raw sugar on another small plate. Take each martini glass and dip the rim in the juice and then in the sugar to coat the glass rims in sugar.


2.  Next place some ice, St. Germain, vodka, grapefruit juice and bitters into a shaker. Shake well.


3.  Divide contents of shaker between two martini glasses, straining out the ice from the shaker.



Cocktail




Ingredients for 2 cocktails:


  • ½ shot of St. Germain
  • 2.5 shots vodka
  • 4 shots grapefruit juice,  plus more for garnish
  • 3 dashes bitters
  • raw sugar for garnish
  • ice


Instructions:


1.  Pour a small amount of juice onto a small plate and a some raw sugar on another small plate. Take two small drinking glasses and dip the rim in the juice and then in the sugar to coat the glass rims in sugar.


2.  Fill glasses ¾ full with ice.


3.  Next place some ice, St. Germain, vodka, grapefruit juice and bitters into a shaker. Shake well.

4.  Divide contents of shaker between two glasses, straining out the ice from the shaker.
